Viejas Casino & Resort

Ive been a gold card member for over a year and literally spend thousands of dollars daily if not every other day. Absolutely un real the response I received. NO response at all!!! I asked mulitiply workers, hosts, manager’s and was never gotten back to about the issue. I know the exact reason because they want to save money instead of treating their guests right that spend thousands of dollars a day. The only free hotel room I received was because I hit a $25,000.00 dollar jackpot at 5am. Literally two days later I had to pay $100.00 dollars for a room. Isnt that the point of having a host? Not only did it take 6-8 months to even get a host being a gold member but when i did get a host they dont do anything for you!!!!! I could go on and on. The only good thing i can say about this god awful place is the floor cashier’s that walk around and cash you out are great. Not all of them but most of them are very nice down to earth people happy when you win and root you on. Besides that horrible place, food is below average and like i said the hosts and manager’s are the worst. They lost a great everyday regular because i will never be back.
