I bought 3 air tickets from Vietnam Airlines, flight from Kuala Lumpur to Frankfurt on 24 Jan 2015. Before I bought the ticket, I emailed Vietnam Airlines ([protected]@vietnamairlines.com) asking about the bicycle bag charges if there is any. Vietnam Airlines replied saying that “No extra charges for bicycle”. But on 21 Jan 2015, I saw NEW bicycle charges at Vietnam Airlines website. Such information was not there in January 2015. I emailed to [protected]@vietnamairlines.com again to clarify and they now insist us to pay extra for bicycle bag. My flight will on 8th July 2015, ticket reference DRWEPG
