On 30-April-2011 i’d recharged my mobile with 50.00 voucher, i’d make few calls, then next day morning when i checked my balance 30.00 were deducted from main balance. When i called to customer care and informed my problem, the executive was saying that i have made subsciption for Vodafone time pass alerts and i’ve been charged for that service. But actually i never received so called alerts from vodafone before. Even after the deduction i am not receiving any alerts from Vodafone. There seems to be no professional leader at the helm who can take care of these frequent call failures. Fail to understand how a company can survive with such awful customer service. Hello, I, along with my family (8 CONNECTIONS, ALL POSTPAID) have been Vodafone users from last 15 years and have been promptly paying bills. Of late, the network has gone to dogs, literally. My home address is Svasti, No.47 6TH Main, 5th Block Jayanagar. BANGALORE 560041 (Near Rashtreeya Vidyalaya metro). My shop address is Sri Nanjundeshwara & Co, No.139 Old Kasai road Kumbarpet Bangalore 560002 (near raja market) I have followed up with the following people since 22.3.2018 1. Robin.R at 8.15 on 22.3.2018 – Promises call back with Tech team. Assures problem will be solved by 23.3.18. 2. Sagar Kumar pradhan at 11.50 on 23.3.18 – Says he will ensure tech team visits both the premises and resolve the problem by 26.3.18. 3. Arshit.A at 19.39, 23.3.18 – Says the problem is solved. But its false, as the problem still persists and I request him to solve, he says it will be done by 26.3.18. 4. 24.3.18 Sachin khatri 10.12. – again, another hollow promise. He says he has Escalate to tech team and they will solve it on priority. 5. Manoj Kumar 10.27 – he says, he will schedule a call with tech team. Will resolve the issue. 6. Robin.R at 7.10pm – By now, I have lost valuable business worth 2 lakhs and I have lost my mind. I shout at robin, who transfers to manjunath vasudev who assures that the problem will be solved with call back from tech team within 27th March 2018. Kindly note that everything stated above is truth and all of your people have made hollow promises and none of them (except Manjunath) have any intention of doing anything positive. My patience is running thin. I need to talk to someone from Tech Team and i need them to visit my house and my shop and I want them to experience hell that I am facing, so that I can get a solution. In case, I dont get a call from Tech Team, I will know that U guys dont give a rats butt to good paying prompt customers and I, along with my entire family shall shift to a rival network. Hi have done a security deposit of Rs.3000 in vodafone postpaid connection to activate international roaming. At the time of deposit it was told to me that it will be refunded when i Am deactivating the roaming. My international roaming dint worked when I was out of India and they are not returning my security also after one month of deactivating the service also. Hi I have been a Vodafone customer for 6years now. My vodafone no [protected]. Vodafone has resorted to fraud and cheat lately for making quick bucks!! I have been using vodafone no for 6yrs and never activated ISD as i never required the same!! Vodafone all of a sudden activated ISD calling on my number and even went ahead and charged 50 for calls and messages!!! I have not even used Vodafone to make any calls or sent any ISD messages!! When I complained to Mr Rajesh from Nodal dept, he said that amount is correctly charged and cannot be reversed!!Not sure why TRAI is not making service providers pay fine, if customers have to keep verifying for monthly bills!! I have found similar mistakes in past 4 months and Vodafone has not learnt any lesson!! Also, Vodafone shares customers no’s to telemarketers, Vodafone gives access to all vodafone customer nos for money!! I get 4-5 calls a day and when i raise a complaint Vodafone goes ahead and closes the complaint, giving an excuse!! I need an apology and compensation from Vodafone for cheating and sharing my number with tele callers for money!!

I am using a Vodafone connection for the past 3 and half year. On 25th of February 2011 I got a call from Vodafone. They said i”ll be getiing an add-on connection form Vodafone free of cost, will I be interested for that. I said Ok.Then on 28th of Feb 2011 a Vodafone Agent came to me and collected all the documents and gave me a New SIM card and told me it will get activated with in 24 hours.The on the same evening I got a call from their customer care asking about verification and she told me that with in next 24hrs the number will be activated. I waited for 3 days but it didn”t get activated.So I called the customer care and asked them why it is getting delayed but they said they don”t have the information about that particular number as it is not updated in their database. They asked me to go to the nearest Vodafone Store and inquire about the same.So the next morning i went to the Vodafone Store, they said we will verify and call you back sir.But they didn”t called me.So next day again I went to that store and the manager of that store gave me another SIM card with the same number and said it will be activated with in 24 hrs. today it is 10th if March 2011 and it is still not activated.When ever I am calling that Vodafone agent, he is not picking my call. I have not seen such a bad service in my whole life. It is already 11 days and the Vodafone people are not able to activate a number .

I had a Vodafone Corporate account ([protected]) till the time I was aemployed with my previous organization. I had resigned on Feb 3, 2009. In Feb 2009 I therefore called customer service(on Feb 11, 2009) and requested for a permanent deactivation of the account as I had resigned and was switching to an Airtel connected provided by my organization. Customer service confirmed that the number will be permanently deactivated and that I should just destroy the sim card. Post that I had paid the relevant outstanding on the account by the due date, destroyed the sim card and ended the relationship with Vodafone. On 28th June after returning from a week long vacation out of Gurgaon, I was surprised to get a Vodafone invoice (# [protected] Dated 15.06.09) for Rs. 7108.59 with a due date of July 3rd. The invoice showed that there were extensive calls including STD and ISD that had been made from the account in the months of May and June’09! On the same day, I immediately called customer service to highlight the discrepancy and lodge a fraud/dispute case. I was connected to Kulwinder from the Retention team. I was shocked to hear what he said about the account. The key points that he mentioned are mentioned below. He said the account was temporarily disconnected on Feb 11, 2009 (and not permanently deactivated as I had asked. He could not give a reason for this discrepancy). He the conveyed that someone claiming to be ME, called up on 11th April and asked for reactivation of the account. His request was turned down at that time. The person again called and spoke to the retention team on 17th April and asked for the reactivation. On 15th May, the person went to the main Vodafone outlet at Rajiv Chowk and submitted all paperwork including address proof, ID proof etc claiming to be Sayantan Mukherji i.e. ME and his documents were accepted at the store! Subsequently a new sim card was issued to him and the account has been again in use till then! Kulwinder’s attitude firstly was extremely curt, hovering around rude. He was constantly referring to me as if I was at fault. He did not even lodge a dispute case and was not even agreeing to a request to deactivate the account. It was only when I gave him a piece of my mind that he disconnected the number and again, only temporarily ( Deactivation ticket # [protected]). I have written to Vodafone as well. They have finally provided in writing that they have disconnected the number but have still not resolved the dispute in my favour and have rather asked to pay up the full outstanding. Request you to please look into my case. Vodafone should be pulled up for negligence of services and causing harassment & pain to me!

I had recharged on 21st Nov 2018 for Rs.458.00 Transaction ID ONR1811211947180131 for my Mobile net work plan which was offered for 84 days But this recharge was not updated and i was unable to use the network – resulting I had recharged for Rs.199 valid for 28 days vide ONR1811222103180119 on 22 Nov 2018 – the validity got over on 19th Dec 2018 I was under the impression this recharge will add to my previous recharge for Rs.458 – but it came to me as rude shock on 20th Dec 2018 that my validity of data mobile data expried and i was not allowed to use despite my vaiidity for the same vide Rs.458 should be 84 days but it was otherwise I am shocked when i cross checked with the vodofone store that my recharge of Rs.458 stands cancelled as I had done a recharge for Rs.199 I only request you to allow me to operate with my mobile data with the amount recharges on 21st Rs.458 which is valid for 84 days – as there was no sign of waring message that if other recharge will invalidate the previous recharge Kindly arrange to allow me to continue the net work

I had two post paid account of vodafone. One account I close January 2017 and I get main notification for refund amount on 12th Jan but I did not get cheque, So I complain it on Vodafone care office, they send once mail to his senior and billing department then also I did not get cheque so I call to Billing department lady person, She told me, “Cheque already send few days ago and if you will not receive then wait for some days” so I wait some months, Main and phone call conversion going on almost January to July, but they are not replying properly, In My last phone call conversation Billing department Lady said me to send request to transfer post paid balance into prepaid so we can transfer it I also send request mail in 29th July 2017 but still not getting my refund amount. I have not time to visit vodafone care office for this because care office is almost 5 km fare away and I am also doing Job so I have not time to visit vodafone office. When ever postpaid bill remains they apply late fee on bill payment but now my refund amount is not given to me since last 7-8 months then also they are giving my refund amount. Same thing happen for my second account for that I Also request since last 4 months. IF SOMEONE READ THIS COMMENT THEN PLEASE TAKECARE BEFORE GET POSTPAID ACCOUNT FROM VODAFONE, THEN JUST CHEAT US. I WAST MY MONEY ON CALLING IN CALL CENTER AND WAST PEPROL TO VISIT VODAFONE OFFICE.

I have been using hutch/vodafone for quite a few years, and it is at its worst state yet. I had reported network complaints and pathetic quality of services numerous times. Have registered at least 10 to 15 complaints and was promised a response to all of them. Not once have i received a response. On inquiring, many times the rude customer care officials and quite a few floor leads actually said, ” you may not get a call if its a network complaint and there is nothing we can do about it.” or “sorry! is there anything else?!! Then why commit to a response. It would be amusing to know i logged the complaint in June/July and have been following up for a response till date. It has become more of a hobby and research. I have recorded almost all conversations with HutchCare, have all their message communication and others stored, figuring out the best way to use it. They take customers for granted and in fact treat them like dirt. I know a lot of ppl who face similar problems with hutch, and what irritates most is the total lack of response and ill treatment from customer service. Just false commitments. A bunch of ppl us sitting to listen to irate customers and forget about it once the call is cut. I even had customer care execs screaming at me, and other s refusing to take down a complaint about the same!!?? Pathetic!!! Absolutely. People should be more aware of customer rights and deal with this legally. Organization of such a large nature are taking advantage of consumers and above all that, providing substandard service and ill treating them too!!
