My husband and I purchased Walmarts phone for their family mobile service. Everytime I made a call it dropped. Everytime my husband made a call it either dropped or said no service. I called customer support which had me do different things on the phone. Still had porblems making calls. I cancelled it and transfered numbers to Net 10. Now I received a bill for 42.04 coming out of my bank account. I feel scammed because at Walmart I was told when you purchased the sim card the first month came with it. I called about it and was told that wasn’t true. I am royally pissed. I would never use them ever again or T-mobile. I .
