I received a notification a day after a phone interview was supposed to have taken place. That phone interview never happened and no message was left. I called the office immediately to reschedule but no one answered. I have called consistently but no one ever answers. The notice says I have a window in which to respond. The letter says If you fail to reschedule your application will be dropped. If I didn”t need the service I would not have applied in the first place. It feels as if they want you to become frustrated enough to drop out.
