I received an email thanking me for purchasing EVERYTHING in my fitness box! I NEVER received the box. They were supposed to require a signature for every. Single. Delivery. I had to go to the post office to pick up the regular Wantable box and my boyfriend signed for that one and there was ONLY 1 box. After I got that email I call in and the so called customer service rep called me a liar and that I signed for it at my home address at 11:45am CST ON 10/19… I leave my home every Monday through Friday at 6:45am and don”t get home until 7pm. But I”m the freakin liar! I am filing a complaint with the BBB and with my bank. This charge of $300 will overdraw my account. The last week I emailed with someone there and told them that I”ve lost 22 pounds and I”m no longer that size and I”ve already sent the ENTIRE ORDER BACK. That stuff is so ridiculously over priced it”s stupid. I am a member of Stitch Fix and they”re awesome. Now I can”t get through to anyone that will help me, my email is coming back undeliverable when I sent an email to them. I can”t talk to anyone, I asked to speak to a manager and was told they have NO MANAGERS on the weekends.
