03/26/2018 every time I go to wawa at dinner time there are no mashed potatoes – just went to Wayne store at 7:30 pm, only enough for a family size and I got the last available, then asked why they never have any and was told they do not have them after 9 PM and that if they have too much in the bin around 8:30 they get in trouble – so, went to K of P store and at 7:45 none available – each store has them in the back but will not put them out – it’s a dinner item and 7:30 and 7:45 is dinner time!

1/20/17 – West Chester, Route 202. I purchased a tuna salad sandwich. Took first bite and bit into a rather large piece of paper. Extremely disappointed on Quality Assurance. I frequent Wawa”s on a regular basis and have never experienced an issue such as this (see attached pictures). How can I be assured this will be addressed and not happen to me or any other consumer in the future? Resolution: what would you consider it taking to regain my confidence in frequenting your stores in the future? Quite frankly, biting into this piece of paper was quite a gross experience and not quite sure, without assurance, I will be purchasing anything going forward unless it was prepackaged.

10/2/17 I will never buy a Wawa hoagie again. Today I received the worst hoagie I have ever tasted. I asked for light mayo and got a ton of it, I also also for light oil and vinegar and the oil and vinegar was on the bread which cause it to be soggy right when I got it. Oil and vinegar is supposed to be placed on top on the meat not under it causing the bread to be grossly soggy. I am furious.

20 years I”ve bin a customer of your store with no problem. I”ve had orders mixed up got wrong change back still never complained. That all ends today. The wawa on rout 47 in Millville NJ across from target has the most ignorant customer service employee ive ever met. If she hates her job that much that she has to suck her teeth to go get the right cigarettes I asked for the first time than find another job. It sucks that someone like that would even be considered to deal with the public. She ruined a long standing record between your company and my patronage. May not mean anything to you but it disappointed me.

3/20/17 Wawa in Whiting NJ had no onions for sandwiches, I had no time to go to a different Wawa and my Classic size tuna sandwich was definitely lacking because that store had no onions to add to their sandwiches. I went through the order menu twice thinking I made a mistake but they were not on the menu as an option and when I asked what was up I was told they ran out. 4/18/17 order number 920 & 825 We came into the WaWa located on Blue Heron to order lunch for the job (Palm Tran) My supervisors placed their orders over the phone through me. we paid for our order and then they told us we hadn”t paid which it was a misunderstanding because the young lady had only rang up one ticket, so that was totally understandable so I went ahead and paid for the other ticket. When we got back to base the supervisor tried to bite into the chicken sandwich and the meat was not fully cooked let along warmed up. It was very tough and hard to bite so she requested the food be returned. upon arriving back to WaWa I approached the cashier and she called a manager which happened to be getting off work, The manager instructed the kitchen staff to remake the food and change the meat because she no longer wanted the chicken. The sandwich was changed to a steak and cheese sandwich. When the food was ready and I approached the counter to retrieve the food I was told that it wasn”t my food, What was I trying to do get free food? I then had to return to the cashier who I initially spoke with and she then told them that they were indeed supposed to make my food as the manager that was on duty before leaving had told them too. I was then given the food in an angry manner. My job loves ordering lunch from WaWa but at this time we are very disappointed in the service and the attitudes that was given. 5/7/18 Wawa on Delsea Drive in Vineland at 1:30 pm order# 813 2 custom salads that nothing was right but lettuce and chicken. 5/8/2018. I was in the Wawa on Wilson Road (#811?), during the crazy lunch rush.. And the older african american lady said something very rude to another employee. She said and I quote “I wish you would just shut up, seriously.” The other employee simply asked allowed if anyone had made a certain food I take it based off what i partially heard, I didn”t get to see either name tags but the african american lady was speaking to the younger white lady. 5-11-18 We went to the Wawa located at 701 N Main St, Lanoka Harbor, NJ 08734. While we were about to purchase a gallon of milk an associate refused to ring us up because my significant other was wearing a ripped shirt and she said it showed nipple(it didn’t or i wouldn’t have let him go in). 6 packs Deer Park water, 2 packs for $4.00 I bought 1 six pack, expecting to be charged $2.00. This is the customary practice in grocery stores. Items are sold at exactly 1/2 or 1/3 of the price when you purchase one of the number advertised items at a special price. I was charged $2.69 for one six pack. And so I learned WAWA charges full price when you buy one, not two. Quite a penalty price, I think.

701 Annapolis Road Gambrills Md (301 &175) Purchased a turkey applewood bacon panini w/extra bacon. Was on my way back to Columbia and realized that there was no sauce on my sandwich. I kindly went back and told the lady behind the counter that she forgot to put the sauce on my sandwich. She rudely and abruptly told me, “it doesn”t come with sauce”. She didn”t even look up. I told her, “but I ordered the turkey and bacon panini”. This rude female was not wearing a name tag. She was Caucasian. I then begin to look up the sandwich on the kiosk and tell her the type of sauce that I was supposed to get. Jasmyne told me to enter in another sandwich and she would make me another. I begin to wait for the sandwich and Jasmyne asks me for the original sandwich. It”s 10:30pm, raining, I”m coming from church, and the sandwich is in the car. My daughter and I share the sandwich. I told Jasmyne, that my daughter who was 9 and eating a late dinner, had already started eating her sandwich. She says, “we can”t give you a new sandwich unless you bring in the old one”. I guess she was not thinking about the inconvenience that it was to the customer to drive back in the rain and come back in the store only to be rudely spoken to by her coworker who claims that the sandwich wasn”t supposed to have sauce on in in the first place. Plus, it”s late and they were just wasting my time even more instead of aiming to have a satisfied paying customer. I went back to the car to get the sandwich. I lifted up both sides of the sandwich to show her that it had NO SAUCE. After 15 mins of explaining to them, she puts sauce in a cup and shoved it my way. No apologies, no longer offered to make another sandwich, JUST SUBPAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked to speak with the manager and Jasmyne (biracial female) said, “I am the manager.” I told her that I was planning to file a complaint, she acted as if she didn”t care. She and her friend that she was working with was so busy talking about their personal lives and vacations that they made a mistake on my sandwich and didn”t want to own up to it or APOLOGIZE. I will say, however, the Caucasian male at the register was extremely kind each time I went to the register. We will not be stopping at this WAWA to get gas, food, or for catering events. 8/22/17 I went to use my free coffee coupon but was told that Wawa would no longer be accepting these coupons because some individuals were using the same coupon over and over. I spend money at Wawa at least five days of the week and take the time to fill out the online survey and I enjoy the little reward that the free coffee coupon provides. There must be some way of making sure coupons are not used repetitively. I thought that the bar codes took care of that. I would also rather not have the clerk at Wawa insinuate that I was trying to use an illegal coupon, which he did. Figure out a solution Wawa. All that money you bring in you should be able to fix this problem. The free coffee coupon is a great idea that should not be discontinued.

A couple of months ago, I received a new phone and all of my mobile apps moved over. However, I had to reinput my Wawa password, which I had forgotten. I selected “forgot my password” and was shut out of the app. I have tried to get a new password dozens of times since then. I have also sent emails to the appropriate customer service for the apps and have not received a reply. Not only do I have money left on my app, but I also have lost out on use of the app for the past few weeks, as well as the ability to get my rewards. After driving over 12 hours from Hopewell Va. and being 5 mins from home I decided to stop and get some bread to make a sandwich and 2 margaritas. Almost every morning my fiancee and I stop at the wawa in Brookhaven, PA on route 352. We stop specifically for iced coffee from the machine and about 90% of mornings we go, the regular iced coffee is empty. We don”t have time to wait for it to be changed because it usually takes someone five to ten minutes to do and they give you an attitude about it. I feel like that”s something that should be checked, especially in the morning when people are mostly on their way to work and they need to be in and out. I want to also add that the creamers and sugar are almost never replenished either. Just like the coffee, you ask someone for assistance and you either get an attitude or ignored. This is the only wawa on the way to his work that has the iced coffee in the machine and not the cold brew. It”s the one we prefer and we spend thousands of dollars a year in gas and other things from wawa and for this to happen just about every morning”s tiring and we are also tired of being disrespected.

Around 1220am on October 28th my boyfriend went to the wawa located at 10 Davisville Rd, Warminster, Pa to get us some food. I am a vegetarian and asked for a Cheese Quesadilla, my order ticket clearly states CHEESE! I took a bite and immediately knew something wasn”t right. I opened up the quesadilla and to my absolutely horror and disgust I saw CHICKEN!!! I have been a commited and dedicated vegetarian for 4 years, and i feel as though wawa has completely violated me and my beliefs and destroyed what i have worked so hard to achieve, all because your employees didn”t care enough to read the order screen properly. That one bite made me physically ill, I began vomiting immediately and this morning i woke up with a migraine and still nauseous. As a proud customer of wawa I must say the one thing that I love from you guys is your coffee. I stop by a wawa when I want a medium cup of coffee, snack and definitely gas. The other thing that isn”t so great and I think you guys should honor what im about to state, because of sanitary health conditions the coffee stations needs to be better distributed. Now what I mean by this… Well coffee creamers, I feel that you guys need to install a system where customers doesn”t have access to unscrewing that caps with so many air borne diseases on the rise I think its best to install pumps so the lids can stay closed and this makes for a safer, healthier and better way to serve your creamers.in addition, the lids to the coffee cup needs to be served differently as well. When i”m there in your store, making a cup of coffee I see eveyone touching the lids that people have to put their lips on… Please install a lid dispenser.. Its very unsanitary. Everyone doesn”t wash their hands… Just a couple concerns and ideas I thought i”d give wawa to make things a little more healthier.

At 12:30 on 6/16/18 I ordered a Italian hoagie with extra mayo and pickles on the side. I got my hoagie with a SLAB on mayo on the one side of the roll and had to ask for my side of pickles. Less conversation and more focus on the task at hand if you can”t do both. At WAWA #8323 930 US-1, Avenel, NJ 07001 there is a Lottery Ticket Scanner by the cash register. Here customers can scan there lottery tickets to check for a win. Simply scan the barcode of the lottery ticket under the laser light, hear a bleep, then get a readout “Sorry not a winner” or “Winner”. When I try to scan my ticket here, there is no bleep & no readout. Now to be fair, very occasionally it will work and beep, but if it is going to work like that, why bother. Over the course of several weeks which started back in September 2017 I have mentioned this to the manager 3 times. The answer is, ” I will call it in or have somebody look at it”. Well, it”s November 7, 2017 now and it still doesn”t work. Amazingly the scanner gets turned on every morning, even though it barely works. It seems to me the manager doesn”t consider it a priority. Maybe he”s thinking customers can scan tickets at the lottery machine too. But that can get inconvenient if I have a handful of tickets to check and other customer are waiting. Or if the machine is getting serviced or refilled. Bear in mind I spend $60.00 to $100.00 per week on lottery tickets at this store. If the machine doesn”t work for some valid reason I can understand that. But what is the problem here? It”s supposed to work. All the time. Why can”t you fix it? At wawa store #019 collingdale, as a vender to the store, the general manager was very disrespectful to the delivery driver. He wants a certain protocal to be followed, which is completely fine. But for the first time you want it happen, you shouldn”t be raising your voice and talking in a disrespectful manner to people that are helping you. Been to 132 oxford valley road, langhorne, pa, store to get marboro cigarttes at around 2 pm on Jan 1st 2019. The price board lists the price at $7.08 with wawa app reward card. Two packs came to $16.60+, asked how, there was no explanation and the store manager and an employee say that it is how much, take it or leave it. My calculation says it should be 14.16 + 6-7% tax, both the manager and an employee were rude and would not explain why the $7.08 price cane about in huge display. They refuse to give out their names or a business card and threaten to call police if I do not leave without cig. When I asked them to know why I should not expect the price to be honored, They called the police. I waited for 10 min and left when police did not show up. I expect a resonable explanation for the behavior of the store employee/manager and the store diaply of $7.08, but the price showing up as 7.85 even wuth wawa rewards card.

Bit into a nickel sized metal disk when eating my hoagie today. It appears to be part of a machine of some type. Suffered only a slight chip to my tooth. I”m a big fan of wawa and have used them for many years, this is a disappointment. Bought a 1/2 gallon of the half vanilla half chocolate ice cream and got a quarter gallon of chocolate and 3/4 of vanilla, if you”re going to say it”s half and half at least make sure it close. I will never purchase your icecream ever again. In the picture I have scooped only chocolate, so I basically have one bowl of chocolate and my husband gets the rest because I don”t eat vanilla.

Chris Stiteler of the Lafayette Hill Wawa works the overnight shift. I am a regular there. He demonstrates awful leadership qualities at the store. Consistently can be seen smoking marijuana outside the store. Gets mouthy with some customers. I don”t know if they are his friends but he comes off very loud and rude behind the counter. Have seen him not charge certain customers for cigarettes. Have also seen him not charge certain customers for food. Chris once told the whole bar in Pizza Time that he “always steals ###” from Wawa. I have lived in LH for three years now and will go to Roxborough Wawa to avoid him. Wawa should be embarrassed they hired him. That store in LH is a joke

CORRECTION: I handed a folded $10 bill to Jean at 548 Monmouth Rd, Unit 909, Millstone Township, NJ 08510. She proceeded to roll her eyes, I told her I was sorry for the folded bill. Customer service in their store is good; customer service for their credit card is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. I lost my card. The only number I could locate was for Citibank. There is an option for reporting a lost card BUT the 3-digit number located in the lower right corner of the card you are reporting as Mia is required. No sentient customer service Wawa employee is connected to this telephone number. After dealing with 2 Wawa customer service people by e-mail, I realized this was less an issue than I thought. My request to replace the card has accelerated to cancelling it.

The girl was talking and talking to another employee the whole time. There was a sandwich sitting there, so I looked to see if it was one of mine, it was not. There was no one else ordering sandwiches so the order should have been done very quickly. I kept looking at her wondering what the problem was. She saw me standing there. I almost left. After she finally finished the sandwiches she would not give them to me. She said I have to pay first. Well I was just in there last week and they gave me the sandwich and receipt to give to cashier. What a crock of s—! I was really aggravated when I left there. Besides that the sandwiches were not that good, very stingy with the turkey and cheese! Last week the sandwich I got had all the wrong toppings but I ate it anyway, did not want to go thru the hassle of returning it. I will get lunchmeat at Shop Rite next time and make my own sandwiches. The time when I actually checked out was 6:58. That is 47 minutes later! dear Wawa, so around a year ago you had the Wawa pizza. I and my friend were talking today and it reminded me of the Wawa pizza the deli sold. During my visit to Wawa the bathroom was supposedly closed. When I asked where the bathroom was the security guard told me “it is closed for you buddy.” I preceded to say “okay” and then asked why the bathroom is closed. He then told me, “do I have to explain it again? it is closed for you man.” I then watched a woman and girl walk out of the bathroom. I asked the security one final time why the bathroom was closed and he then told me we could go outside and discuss it. Entered store around 4am on April 7, 2018. Got a water and wanted to purchase tobacco products and a lighter. I waited and waited. Worker in food area never used walkie to call cashier to front. Too females shoplifted casually. I sat in my vehicle outside for about fifteen more minutes. Still no cashier. Clearly wawa needs to address this issue starting at the top. Every day there”s a guy out there holding the door waiting for you to get your change and then he holds the door open for you and begs for money very disturbing very irritating I wish you guys would ask panhandlers to move on it”s it”s making my Wawa experience very disturbing it”s not a pleasant experience any more going to the Wawa on Rolling Road in Windsor Mill because of the pan Handler can you please ask him to move on or at least offer him a job

Every morning between 5am and 5:15 am I go to the Wawa on Rt 45 and Harrison Ave in Mantua NJ to purchase my morning coffee. However the Cuban coffee is never ready and I have to wait for it finish brewing. I thought the problem was that they ran out of coffee and had to start a new pot; but what I found out is that night person is waiting for the morning person to come in and make the coffee. I also can’t understand why there is no Cuban coffee after midnight at that Wawa and the Wawa in Woodbury Heights when the Cuban coffee is the only bold blend coffee that you sell. Every morning I go to Wawa store located on Curry Ford road & Dean road, at the same time every morning. An employee name Gabriela was always extra friendly. One morning I said hi as usual and there was a male non employee right by her that gave me a nasty look. Ever since it has been really weird when Gabriela is working. Yesterday morning I had a question. If they had scrambled eggs? Because you could not order it. It was 7 am. Gabriela with an attitude told me she had to do something to the system so they can start selling it and to give her 5 min. Gabriela just stood there having a conversation with a coworker for a while. I tried to ask if it was going to take longer and Gabriela just walked away. Even her coworker told her that clearly I had a question. When I got home the egg seemed different, really sticky and gooey, like if it was tampered with. Today same person was there. Gabriela and same attitude, the egg in the sandwich seemed tampered with. If I get sick I will sue. My order# today was 39 and yesterday”s was #763. I have been coming to this store every day since it opened. My whole family go there and is 7 if us. Me and my family will not be going back until this person is gone it changes their attitude.

Every morning I stop at my local wawa for my paper and my coffee. There are always the same parking spaces taken up by four or five pick up trucks with men either standing out side or in their trucks drinking their coffee. They are usually there for over an hour or more. This is an inconvience for me and a lot of patrons who have to drive around to find a parking spot since parking is limited due to size of parking lot.

Every single time I go into the wawa on philadelphia pike in claymont (overnight hours), I tell myself not to go back.. Yet I do because I love this location. The two girls that work behind the food counter are very miserable and non approachable. This is a continuous issue with the same two girls. I say thank you… Neither will reply… I ask a question about the menu or something and I feel like I shouldn”t have even asked a question. They are rude. I never have this problem in the daytime nor with any other employees. The one girl I think her name is shamika.. And the other name im not sure of but today she had blue hair mixed with black hair if that helps any. I do not like sending in negative comments but this needs to be addressed. Today is 4/26/2018 around 1 a.m..

Every time I go to the Wawa in Bridgeton NJ on Carl”s Corner I see the same gas attendant with the worst attitude. Young man with tattoos, maybe Hispanic. One of my friends just goes to the gas station across the street when she see”s him because that”s how bad this attitude is. The first time I had an encounter with him I said good morning and he didn”t say anything back, he had this mad face on like if he hated his life. When my car was done being pumped he reached into my passenger window with the receipt in his hand without saying one word even after I said thank you. I figured he was probably having a bad day, but I guess he might have a lot of bad days because every time I go he has the same attitude. This older gentleman, who was pumping his gas across from me, and I raised our eyebrows to each other when we both realized this boys attitude was something he gives to all your customers. I have encountered him more than 3 times and I have never even heard him say one word, no “what can I get you” or “what would you like” he just stands there each time until you acknowledge him. I don”t even know if he has any teeth or who knows maybe he”s mute, but even mutes smile.

Everytime I go to the wawas to get coffee at east colonial chickasaw next to the nissan dealer theres never no hazel nut and when I ask they out of stock wating on the truck is been more than 8 times but I will record it to post it on face book I dont have to lie poor service and the staff I a lil guetto.

First of all I love Wawa and I love that they always are adding new and delicious foods. However, there aren”t many healthy options at all when ordering. For example, if I wanted a Turkey bowl with no carb sides, I couldnt order that on screen. Id have to special order it which takes more time for me and for the employee making my order. If I order a turkey or a chicken bowl, I am then asked what I want with it and I”m given options of rice, mashed potatoes, beans, bread, stuffing or Mac n cheese and I cannot advance to the next screen unless I choose one. What if I only want chicken or turkey with lettuce tomato onion pepper pickles? I can”t even get to that screen unless I choose a carb filled side first. I suggest adding a feature to ordering that let”s you bypass what you don”t want. Also, maybe add some veggies to your menu. Broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus. First, I love my Wawa coffee! However, my visit to Wawa Store #595 this morning was surprising. After my normal preparation of coffee I reached for a lid and was completely taken aback. I”ve attached pics (zoom in) of what I encountered. I believe my height allowed me to notice. The white coffee lids were filthy and the rack they were stored on. for the last week I have been going into the store to stock up on Snapple Raspberry Ice Tea and Smart Water, it seems like every time I go in there…there is None. BUT there is plenty of the WA WA Brand of both …which is fine…but I prefer Snapple because it”s all natural. Also, there hasn”t been any Yogurt or Yogurt Parfait (Choboni or other wise) Just the nasty Oreo and sugar based items (again, I prefer the healthier versions) What gives?? I”ve never had this problem before and I have lived here for 8 years (since this store opened. Disappointed Mike.

For the past 8 years I have been stopping at the Wawa at 1510 Easton Rd Horsham Pa (across 611 from the old Willow Grove Airbase) on my way into work. I”m usually there at about 5am. Up until a few months ago the friendly staff was a great way to be able to grab a cup of coffee and start my day, however recently a new night shift “team leader” named Anelia was hired and the atmosphere in the store is now terrible. 2 weeks ago I grabbed a doughnut from the doughnut case and this Anelia person hollered, “Great, now I have to re set the doughnut box because somebody took one”. Really rude. A few days later while I was in the store this same Anelia person was holding a loud conversation from the cash register to another employee behind the sandwich counter telling him how he could illegally bypass his home water meter (like she did at her house) and save on his water bill. I have also observed her having several hostile and inappropriate conversations with her fellow Wawa co workers. I work in HR and some of this stuff was definitely “Hostile Work Environment” material. Anyway, the kicker was this morning when Anelia was working the cash register and was over the top rude with myself and the person she checked out just after me. Both of us said “good morning” and were not even acknowledged. She just held out her hand for our money and then slapped the bill change down on the counter and turned away. I”m not looking for white glove service, I mean its just Wawa, but I refuse to be treated like a piece of s*it. Wawa needs to deal with this angry and rude employee.

For the past three visits to the Wawa at the intersection of Museum Rd and Lancaster Ave in Shillington, PA, my order has been incorrect. I am on a short lunch break, so I do not have time to wait for a drink a second time. Today I ordered a small hot latte and a frozen cappuccino. For 5 min the employees stood and argued about who was going to make the drinks until somone offered to make them. There were several other customers standing around also waiting for a beverage. When my drinks were made, they were both terrible. I had ordered a mocha cappuccino, and the drink came out to be a white, plain milk drink with ice. The latte was also burnt with absolutely no flavoring. I understand a mistake from time to time, but 4-5 drinks made incorrectly is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will have to start going to the Dunkin Donuts across the street for a specialty coffee drink that is worth paying $5+ for.

Frequently I visit the Wawa located on 3510 Us Hwy 1792 in Lake Mary, FL. I am newer to Florida and have only been visiting Wawa for a short length of 2 years. I have to say, the customer service at this Wawa is usually excellent but there is one employee who has a somewhat bothered attitude when I go there. I typically visit on night shift while on break at work, and her face and attitude is quite unpleasant. I guess it just seems like she is mad all the time and for the first time ever I feel as if it is an annoyance to her to serve the public. I am not here to shame anyone or put anyone on the spot, but it has been more than 3 times I have visited and her facial expressions and attitude are quite negative. Hopefully she will find what works for her to have a better evening. Prior to my experiences with this employee though, I will say Wawa had 100 percent excellent customer service throughout my time of visiting the stores.
