I am another very dissatisfied customer. I wish I had read all the ppor feedback before handing over my money in full to this company. They took an age to sort out the Website, I made hundreds of calls to them including emails with nothing but stress and worry after reading all independant feedback. I have been shouted at, laughed at and treated in my opinion with distaste. After many many moths of ongoing problems, poor comunnication due to overseas workers not understanding what I required and replying with “Sorry for the incontinence” and the webpage dissapearing on quite a few occasions due to their server failing. Luckily I am not an Ecommerse customer as I would have lost many orders and repeat business. Please research all feedback independantly. I have also been contacted by perspective customers aking for my experience and I have stated no comment. The website is useless to myself and is just sat doing nothing whatsoever. It seems to appear in America on the internet but sadly it does not show organically and I have commisoned another company to carry out SEO and they have been unsuccessful to help as there are ongoing problems. I am stuck with a site that has done nothing for me. Wast of money, some rude staff and lack of real support. There are many other Web Design Companies and I wish I had nothing to do with this company I have totally had my time, effort and money wasted!! I am not satisfied whatsoever and requested after many complaint been told we do not offer refunds. I was told I would be compensated and then told by another staff memner NO COMPENSATION. i have provided an accutate account of my experience and it appears to coinside with another previous experience recieved from the same company. Sadly I have had to leave information for any perspective client to perhaps read all independant feedback to make an informed desission. I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH WEBCREATION UK – ANON .
