Please forward a letter dated today the 28 may 2018 of the mistake noted above which impacted my credit application. Spoke to a consultant by the name of mona in the legal division? who said : “I am changing the risk profile now.. Give it 2 business days and go back to wesbank however if you applied with anyone else they would not have picked this up” ? Wesbank – I already complained to hello peter and will take it further due to the pathetic manner in which your consultant spoke to me today. Nhlanahla sumolani had the nerve to say go phone direct axis and found out what you did and when I said I do not have an account he had the nerve to say and I quote “I am telling you you have one” Look at the manner in which the email is constructed below unhealthly – I have a disposable income of r10 000 monthly which I transfer to my credit card to earn interest. Wake up westbank you may have been around for 40 years but you will be going no way in the future with the manner in which you treat applications Premier banking fnb – this division is only a name as I had to seek assistance myself and what the hell am I paying r199 and more for Could not even assist me to get car finance.
