We purchased a recliner from West Coast. It broke and the seat slanted to the right. We paid someone 40 dollars to haul it to the West Coast store. The chair is under warranty. The chair has been a West Coast for 2months. We have called 8 times and talked to various well meaning but incompetent office workers who promise to get to the bottom of this but never due and rarely call back. We have asked for the name of the Manager of owner several times and were told that there isn’t a Owner or manager on the prenises. No one will give us information other than they are ordering parts, then they got the wrong parts and then they have to wait for those to come from Timbutu. In the meantime, my sister who is being treated since January for a pinched nerve has to sit in a lawn chair. We will never do business with West Coast again and we have told many people about what has happened to us, I hope this eventually will begin to effect their businees. Shame on you, West Coast for your continued abuse of to older ladies that paid their bill prompty!!!!
