The Westbury Alfa Romeo dealers portray a good image online, but in the real sense, they are pathetic car dealers. I cannot believe I even bought a car from them. I believe my home, family, and lifestyle defines who I am. For this reason, I have made sure my family is well maintained, my home is a haven of peace, and my car collection stands out. I own a few cars, but my collection was not complete without the 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. The desire I had me forced me to Google the available options. During my search I came across Westbury Alfa Romeo, which was a few miles away, and their online collection was outstanding. I looked for customer reviews online, but to my surprise, there was none. This did not ring a bell, so I took the next step of reaching out to the company. The number posted on their online website was out of reach, so I decided to email the support team about my case.
I sent the email at around 6 AM before heading to work and was hoping to get a reply in the morning hours, so I could pass by to check their collection in the evening. To my surprise, I did not get a reply the whole day. I decided to send a second email, but I did not receive any email. I asked one of my colleagues what could be the cause of this, but he suggested that I should use the live chat section on the dealer’s online website. During lunch hours, I decided to check out the live chat section.
I sent a message but did not get a reply despite the customer support agent being online. This was odd, so I decided to go for lunch, hoping I would get a reply. After lunch, I found a reply which was very unprofessional. Instead of the customer support agent offering me details about the inventory available, she just sent me a hello and followed by their address. I didn’t like the reply, but my desire to own the 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio could not let me quit. I left work early to visit The Westbury Alfa Romeo dealers.
To my surprise, the address was a lot difficult to find as there no signboards directing me to the dealer. However, I was able to find my way through online maps. On the dealer’s premises, there was no one to direct me where to park and where to find the reception. This wasted my time but was able to find my way to the showroom. The collection was quite impressive, but nobody was ready to attend to me despite having so many sales agents around. After walking across the room a few times, the manager approached me with a smiling face. However, I could not let that fool me. He took me through the car features, cost, discounts, and the three-month warranty. I liked the car and called my mechanic to carry out an inspection. The mechanic arrived after a few minutes, examined the car, and assured me it was in perfect condition. I paid for the car but am never buying another piece from The Westbury Alfa Romeo dealers due to their poor services.
