My friend recently opened up a small hardware store and decided to contact Western Finance & Lease for most of the equipment. He chose this agency because of an advertisement in the newspaper. The ad said that Western Finance and Lease is regulated and full-time servicing equipment finance and leasing company that provides finance solutions to not just individuals but also to organizations and business enterprises. But only after receiving the equipment did he realize that it was one of the worst decisions to make because it was a really bad agency. They are a scam. He told me how the delivery of the equipment was delayed by one whole day and due to this he had to postpone the inauguration of his shop. This caused him a lot of trouble as many people had come for the happy event a day early from far off to celebrate leaving behind all their work. When the delivery did come in, a lot of the equipment that he had asked for was missing and there were many packs that were tampered with and the equipments inside had been damaged. The equipments weren’t the only thing that proved to be bad; the staff that came to deliver was apparently very rude and not at all respectful. They charged my friend a hundred more than the actual total stating it was for the diesel because they had to travel a long distance. Later my friend found out that the branch that delivered to him was just two kilometres away from his house. They cheated him. When my friend called in to report the incident, they refused to believe it saying their staff is one of the best things about their entire agency and that my friend was lying to just a refund. Never recommend this place even though I’ve not a personal experience.
