Westfield has been the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! I was left 6 days without a rental car after one of their policy holders hit my car (I was at 0 fault). I also received the run around every time I called and was sarcastically attended by Tina in the customer service department. I also was told by her that I should just tape my side mirror and continue using the car. She never bothered to ask me if the mirror was on the side view mirror after I explained I needed a rental car. So she was literally telling me to drive an unsafe car with a huge blind spot (and I leave early in the morning while it is still dark) to work. Then after getting fed up with the run around and arguing with Tina on the phone I was blamed for saying the car is drive able and that is why I was not given a rental when the correct details were not taken down. So what am I supposed to do next time; lie about my car to get some decent service? Also we finally got a cal back from our claims representative Brandy Knight who had called me after 6 days of me leaving messages. I missed the call because I was at work and I was sarcastically blamed by Tina for missing the call as if it was my fault. It should have never taken 6 days to get a call back in the first place. So once Brandy is on the phone she clearly expresses how busy she is And that she had not rushed to get back to us because I told them my car was drive able even though I clearly expressed I had no side mirror and they assumed I could just tape it back on. Tina even asked me if I could tape it back on and I said no and she responded by saying “we’ll have the dealership tape it”. So ultimately after being extremely frustrated and expressing this to Brandy, she approved a rental car and we have an appraiser coming to see the car tomorrow. I lost two days of work because of their horrible service and I would never recommend them to anyone! I hope Brandy can get some help in her department because she obviously has too much on her plate. Also I hope that next time I am not sent to drive a car that is unsafe and that when I leave a message for a supervisor (Garrett) that I get a call back right away. It’s been practically 2 days and haven’t heard anything. Once again worst service ever!!! Its not like I asked to get hit by one of your policy holders!!! .
This is RIPOFF business. He will always collect some litte $$ for services they can not do and never perform services when dues. They sell
