These folks may realize their trailer parts; however, they don’t exactly appear excited about selling a trailer. Perhaps I’m simply excessively delicate. The first occasion when I went in to take a look at trailers I was coordinated to simply go and have a look. A few people may want to be left alone when shopping, yet as far as I can tell, in case I’m going to toss down a large number of dollars at your business, at any rate, act a little amped up for a client looking at your item. Some other time when I called to check whether a sales rep would almost certainly address a few inquiries if I dropped by, I was told the business staff returned home. It was just 3:30. I’d expect the individual picking up the telephone to take down my number and have somebody call me. Rather, I was left with the feeling that if I couldn’t arrive before 3:30, it would be my mistake. I asked if I could make an appointment and it turns out they will stick around for you, however, it’s simply such a bummer to manage a business that appears to be apathetic about beginning an association with a new client. We requested a trailer from them. Lifted it and it began falling a section before we got it home. We had a metal fabricator stop by and assess the trailer. He revealed to us the weld and assemble quality was amazingly poor.
We attempted to send the trailer back and that is the point at which they got amazingly impolite, forceful and uncooperative. Their staff is incompetent and their principle is not to listen to their customer which leads to all the mistakes. Their mechanic told me to buy some other stuff which was not required. I had to buy trailer parts worth about $1800, affirmation messages forgot about critical parts and took various messages to address to guarantee I was paying for what I needed. This took months! About 60% of the request landed after impressive time, it took a lot more telephone calls and messages to have the staying 40% dispatched. At the point when this arrived, it was still off-base. I had requested a 400 mm stub pivot, a 300 mm stub hub arrived, this in spite of me indicating 400 mm on various events. Sadly 400 mm was not indicated on the receipt, in spite of my solicitation. After whining to the manager, his reaction was that they just supply 300 mm stubs, for what reason did he not state that when I was making the request? I have never experienced such ineptitude over such a basic request!
After their fraud, I decided to send their trailer back. It took us a nearly half-year and an attorney for them to finally take the trailer back. They didn’t restore the majority of our cash after consenting to pay for transportation. Never go to this rotten place people!
