We are seniors and our hot water heater went out right before a major cold storm hit us. We went to Sears and he offered this program. Since we had no money, our SS checks have not came in yet. They would debit from our bank account and we requested and it was documented that they would debit the payment only at the 1st of the month because we live on our social security checks. The company did not care, they took the payment out anytime they wanted making our account overcharged at times. I requested 4 times that they debit it then. Told them why each time. I have emailed them, called them and tried to get on the website account for us. No one would rectify that problem. This month they took out 2 payments at one time and they called after 8am this morning and told up with a threat that they are taking 300.00 out way over the payment of 75.00 Everyone you talk to is very rude and hateful. We are seniors and we did not buy something for pleasure we had no hot water which is a neccessity in life. With medical issues we could have died that night in the cold. I have all my life trusted Sears and when they offered this program we felt safe with it. Now Why Not Lease It is stealing from us. .
