About two months ago I ordered a wig from Wigbuys website. I paid some extra money to get my wig in 2 days, but it still took them forever to deliver. I actually received my wig three weeks later. When it arrived I was very disappointed with the quality, but the worst part was that they’ve sent me the wrong color. I sent it back in order to get a refund. Two months passed and I decided to ask them what is it taking so long with my money. And when I wanted to enter their site I found out that there is no more access! I need to know what is going on, they still owe me and I need to reach someone from Wigbuys as soon as possible.

First of all, they use photos of celebrity hairstyles from the web as “samples” of what you’re getting. The wig that comes to you looks nothing like what’s on the site. The hair is thin, oddly shaped fit, and the color/style is not even remotely close to what was advertised. I’ve been in a paypal dispute with them for over 2 months trying to get my money back. An absolute nightmare – do not shop here!!!

I have purchased a wig from Wigsbuy and they said that I’ll get my order within 14-21 days. When my wig did not arrive I contacted Wigsbuy and asked them to cancel my order. They said sure and promised that I’ll get my money back any time soon. I believed them and thought that my order was cancelled so I bought another wig from a different site. Time passed and there was no sign of my money. And when I tried to contact Wigsbuy they did not reply. Several weeks later my wig arrived. Even though they said that my order was cancelled it wasn’t and they never planned to refund me. Terrible experience and of course the worst customer service ever. I will never deal with this dishonest company and would not recommend them to anyone. Please, stay away!

I ordered a wig for my wife. What we received does not resemble their WebSite photo at all. Additionally, the wig looks like it was used and probably used as a scary Halloween costume. Beyond ridiculous. I tried contacting Wigsbuy the same day and filled out their online dispute form. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling. They have not responded. Their phone posted online is bogus. Wigsbuy is a fraudulent company, stay away. I am contacting the State Attorney General’s office to see what can be done to stop this group of fraudsters from ripping people off. Wigsbuy is as bad as it gets for fraud.

About two weeks later they finally emailed me back and said that I would have to pay 25% for a restocking fee! This company is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered my hair extensions on July 27, 2013. It is now August 12, 2013 and my status still has not been updated to processing. I have emailed customer service 3 times for a status update and have not received on yet. They respond but do not give you the information regarding the status of your order. They took the $100 out the day I placed the order and I read that you can not get a refund after you place your order unless you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order! In addition most companies do not take your money until your order has been processed or shipped but that is not the case with this company. I wish I had read the reviews about this company before I placed my order. There are so many bad reviews and I have not read one good review on this company yet. I have basically given up on my order and the chance that if I do get it, that it will be a quality product. Good luck.

I paid them $157.00 through PayPal. After 90 days they sent me a golden blonde wig, which in no way resembled the wig I ordered. I ordered a dark brown bob. I am a black woman and I do not wear blonde hair. I contacted them several times by email questioning why order was taking so long (site says 7 – 15 days). After requesting refund, I got a reply stating item was on the way. 10 days later I got a blonde wig. After emailing and calling them, all I got was take a picture and send it to them. Ha!! I am going to request that PayPal stop processing payments for them. Join me please. This site needs to be shut down.

I purchased a wig for $45 from WigsBuy on December 1st. It is now January 15th and I have not received the order yet. It was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 business days and I still don’t have it. I sent several messages and WigsBuy tried to tell me that I did not pay for the wig. I recieved a 100 percent syntheic wig. Wrong color. Nothing like the picture. Have tried to contact this company by E-mail for return information no respond. I took the to package back to DHL Couier to returnit and was told it would cost $132.00 to ship it back to CHINA. PLEAS DO NOT OEDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I just got a message that stated my nessage is too short and it might not be recieved. What does the length of the compliant has to do with the fact you have merchanise you cannot return because it seen to me this a FAKE COMPANY.
