I received a letter in the mail. It says to mail them 12.99 right away. It claims it is for a disbursement for a document 10335. It is from John Mc Nabb and William Mac Dougal. I don’t trust this and I believe it is a scam. It says from award notification commission PO Box 2905 Kansas City, Kansas.
