I’ve been waiting since November 30th (today is Jan 23) to get ONE WINDOW installed in my house. The customer service representative first told my mom that the window would be here in 4-6 weeks after those 6 weeks have passed and now till this day the window didn’t come, everything changed. The customer service representative then said the window will be here in 6-8 weeks. Also, you are responsible for clearing anything out of window (air conditioners, fragments, etc) before the install takes place. Anyways, my mom took off from work so that she could be home between 8-12 to ensure that the install is done properly. As 12pm started approaching and there was no sign of anyone, my mom called the office to see what was going on. The customer service rep informed her that the man, who was coming our house, truck had broken down.
My mom asked her about having a back up plan so that someone could still come out to install the window. The rep then informed her that they only had 5 trucks and everyone else was booked today. Then she finally asked what other day would work better for my mom & once my mom replied ‘tomorrow’, another obstacle came about. “We don’t install in the rain and there’s a chance of rain tomorrow” Then she proceed to say the next open day that had was Jan 30 and when my mom begin to complained, she informed us that Window World has 180 days to do installs!!! 180 days is almost half of a year! anyway we won’t be using their services anymore.
It is not the thing that we said to the company to install dozens of windows in a week but asked for a single window to which they assigned 6-8 and even after that didn’t install it. This company claims they stand on integrity but its full of LIES.
