I scheduled an appointment with the Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs to get my car rid of several problems such as jammed suspension, alignment of the tires and the rubber brake pads. It was risky to drive with such complications. I chose this place because it was an authentic BMW showroom and the workers would have been more comfortable and practised with BMW vehicles. All my expectations were the opposite and I couldn’t believe that such a reputed firm would show horrible behaviour and poor work.
At first, they took a few days to approve my appointment for confirmation. They wouldn’t have initiated my online process if I didn’t call them for reminders. I went in early the day of my appointment and was waiting for the mechanic to arrive and fix my car. I waited for more than an hour for the mechanic but he didn’t show up. I got impatient and wanted to talk to the manager about it but was not allowed to do so by the receptionist. She denied access to the office. I requested her but she didn’t listen to me and became rude. I was kept waiting for another hour when the assigned mechanic for my work arrived. He was not in his senses and seemed to be high. I told him about all the problems but he didn’t give any response. He was a drowsy old man whose eyes were half-closed. He worked at a very slow rate. The appointment made was useless because my car wasn’t checked at the right time.
The mechanic took short brakes after 10 minutes to smoke. It made him drowsier and he smelled like a rotten apple. It was getting unbearable to stand next to him and I wondered why he had been working in such a reputed company. He took a lot of time to catch the problem. He started with the brakes and completed the work in an hour. The other two things were still left and he didn’t have any idea to do so. The manager then assigned another mechanic for the left out works. The manager then informed me that the work would take time to complete because they had few workers and all of them were busy. They told me to stay back but as it was getting late I decided to go back and keep my car over here so that they could work overnight. I was assured by the manager that the work would be completed by the next morning and it was my mistake trusting them. The Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs was closed the other day due to some issues. My appointment was then delayed to the next day.
I was more than exhausted by their delays and slow work. They finally completed the work the next evening and I was disappointed with their poor work. The car started giving the same problems after a month. It was not even 3 months properly. I was pissed off and decided not to take my business to the Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs. They are not good at their work and they mostly recruit unprofessional mechanics. Please stay away from this form.
