Beware prospect renters and stay away from this building! I had to move out due to the following. The current wannabe jersey shore manager name Francisco has let the building far apart. Grass 4ft high, garbage all over the floor interior/exterior of the building, he smokes in the parking lot and leaves the buds everywhere and now the other residents are doing the same. It was never like that before. That is a hazard and can cause a huge fire one day. Excessive amount of roaches/fruit flies inside of the apts and the exteriors of the building. Garbage cans overflowing with trash. Dogs running around with no leash and always barking/jumping on anyone that enters the building. Last but not least every 2 months religiously they do a routine check up on your apt. So get ready to miss a lot of days at work. They say its to look for leakage but you don”t need to be doing this every 2 months. They complained that the water bill of the building was too high so their tactic is to get people annoyed so they stop using water. Winstar properties should not have purchased this property if they can”t afford to pay the water bill. These studios are rent control (every year they raise the rent 4%) but for $1500 something bucks ( 400sq ft studio) this place is a DUMP. It is not worth it. Every time a tenant leaves they do some cosmetic changes on the unit and raise the price. So every couple of months there is construction going on, which is very annoying. Anyways—From a rude/unfriendly/careless manager to a building that is falling apart i say save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else!!!
