I hired Mr. Mitchell to develop a website for me and paid for the work in full upfront. He responded early in the process but as time progressed he took longer and longer to respond and now over the last month I have been unable to get a response from him. From his online posts he is quick to complain when someone does not do exactly how he wants but it appers for him the rules do not apply. I want to help others avoid getting scammed by him so that is why I am posting here.
