Incompetent, unprofessional and terrible!

Just like human beings need regular treatment and healthcare, animals also need proper care and attention in order for them to have a healthy life. Veterinary doctors and hospitals make sure that these animals are treated well and given the best quality healthcare services. Woodlake Veterinary hospital claims to be a multi-speciality high functional healthcare option for animals.

In reality, however, the organisation is nothing but money oriented commercial venture which solely aims at looting their customers. I have a healthy pet dog who is about three years old. He developed a lump near his neck and I immediately took him to the Woodlake hospital. The attendants and receptionist were extremely ill-mannered and did not have a professional attitude towards their job. They kept me waiting for several hours before finally having me see a veterinary doctor.

The doctor seemed incompetent and unable to handle pets properly. However, after his diagnosis, he informed me that my pet had cancer. Naturally, I was quite agitated and was ready to spend any amount of money to save him. My poor dog had to go through a lot of pain and harassment in the hospital in order to cure the lump. After a very long time at the hospital, I was informed that surgery needed to be done in order to get rid of the lump and cure the dog of cancer. Also, I was billed a huge sum of money for all the healthcare services that had no results.

Before undergoing the operation, I decided to cross check with another veterinary surgeon. To my surprise, I was informed that it was not cancer at all but a benign fatty tumour. The entire sum of money paid by me to the hospital was for nothing. The poor dog had to go through so much pain without any rhyme or reason just because the hospital wanted to make some money.
