First off they state it can take several days to respond and they get quite prickly if you attempt additional contact before that time is up. They send a receipt and ticket number for customer service requests. In spite of the receipt tehy claim they “lost” the first request for return. They responded to the second request with a return authorization and a label that never appeared. I waited the requisite number of days and started looking and finally found it in the spam folder. By this time it had “expired” as they issue the labels for only 5 days – not business days mind you. Woot now claims that this was a one time deal and they can’t issue another mailing label and to take up any issues with the manufacturer. Really? I’m supposed to believe that they *can’t* issue another? More like Woot! WON’T!
