Dear Customer care Team, This is kumar and we run a cable office. We did a transaction through your portal on 19-july-2019 to our TCCL account. It”s was done using my debit card and it”s 20000 Rupees. The amount got debited in My bank account but it did not the hit our TCCL account. Immediately we made a complaint with our bank and they came back saying that transaction was successful and it”s with the merchant bank. I”m attaching the transaction details along and other relevant proof. Please look into this urgently and refund the amount pls. Appreciate your quick response on this matter !

For the first year, Worldline was great then the drop offs started. Every week and weekend the speed would drop, it would disconnect and the I would have no phone or internet. Call after call and no one could fix the problem. They always told me that they could not get into the modem to configure, nonsense. In the last 2 months I have had maybe 15 calls to Worldline for this problem. They finally convinced me to get a new modem and guess what, they could not get into the modem to configure it. Back on the old modem once again and after several calls of assurance that they will fix the new modem, I get a call from their “best” tech and she says I should go back to the old modem!!! 3 days and still nothing fixed. They hung up on me, they lied to me and were sooo rude by laughing at me. I had 2 computers working and now one cannot get online with the new modem as it uses a D-link adapter. Was told by tech support that they have fulfilled their obligation to me by having only one computer online.

Hi, was using Wordline for Long Distance for certain countries (not all are included) and heard they offered Internet & home phone. I called to inquire about fees, services and they sent me an LOA to activate the service if I was ever interested. Then got a $128 bill on my CC for home phone and Internet service. Called promptly to adivise, after a lengthy wait, was informed it was a mistake of the orig rep and would be credited amount back. Poor start for an important home phone service. Will continue to shop arround.

I had paid school fees of my Son from school website and got that message “Debit Card for 5580.00 INR @ Axilium Convent school Barasat has been processed by Worldline PG. I live in Brampton, Ontario i was Primus Internet customer since 2008 until recently(Sept 2011) my friend told me to try worldline.ca homephone and internet for $60(approx.) including tax. When i called worldline to signup the lady told me that it will be DSL phone + Internet while it came out to be VOIP phone. Now after first 15 days of perfect “testing our worldline services phase” my internet and home phone is down from last 5 days and whenever i call Worldine tech support they give one excuse or another or put me in conference while Worldline CSR is speaking to BELL regarding my DSL problem… so that i should get assured that they are seriously working on my problem with BELL CANADA. AND I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT THE NUMBER HE CALLED WHEN I WAS PUT INTO CONFERENCE WAS OF BELL CANADA AS I KNOW HOW BELL CANADA ACTUALLY SOUND LIKE. THEY BOTH TALKED FOR LIKE 30 SECONDS AND IN THAT TIME THEY RETRACTED MY COMPLAINT TICKET, FIGURED OUT WHY DELAY HAPPENED AND EVEN SCHEDULED NEW APPOINTMENT. (USUAL “HI HOW ARE YOU DOING & BYE HAVE A NICE DAY” WAS ALSO SAID WITHIN THAT TIME). Now lets see what happens tomorrow. I will wait for 1-2 days AND THEN I WILL BE DISCONNECTING WORLDLINE.CA AND GOING BACK TO PRIMUS. and i am pretty much sure that if i disconnect my services now they won”t give back my last month”s bill that they charged in advance and going to charge another $100+tax+miscellaneous charges to get over with this everyday harassment. will keep you guys updated what happened. I purchased the bundle pkg. 2 weeks ago, & it never worked properly from day 1. Talked to tech dept & got no results resolved from there dept. We had no phone for approximately 4 days. I was lead to believe there would be a technician come out to my home & resolve the issues, accept that wasn’t true. I finally had to cancel the system & keep my original suppler. I was really hoping your program would work. The price was right. I think your biggest problem is that your people are from domincan rep. doing your work for you. You should have technicians working in canada to help resolve problems with your system. I wasn’t very happy. I recently started looking into other service providers for my internet and home phone service. I emphasize “looking into”. Currently I have a service provider that is fair, but am looking for something a little cheaper. On Worldline’s website, it asks you to fill in a small form with your address, etc so that they can determine if their service is available in your area. As their prices seemed reasonable and I live in a rural area where some internet and phone services are not available, I filled in the form to see if they serviced my area. PLEASE NOTE: I just wanted to know if they offered service in my area… nothing more at this point. An hour after I filled in the form, they called me, sent me an email and also left me a voicemail, which was fine. I did not have time to look at them or listen to the voicemail right away. On that same day, the called me 9 more times and sent me another email outlining their deals and such and if I was interested to call them back. I have since received another voicemail aksing me to call them to complete my transaction… What transaction???!!! All I did was ask if they offered services in my area. Yikes!!! Whatever you do, do not fill out that form. I cannot get them to go away. I have asked them politely to please stop emailing me and contacting me as I received the information I was after and if I was interested after I had concluded my research as to which provider I wanted to go with, I would give them a call. I have also sent them a nasty email telling them to stop harassing me. Since then I have been reading the online reviews about this company. All I can say is stay FAR, FAR away!!

I signed up with this company’s “Unlimited Long distance Plan”. They decided that I was using “too much” (which really defeats the point of unlimited, right?) and cut me off without any warning. They kept the deposit and all the other “fees” they charge so signing up. This company is a scam. DO NOT sign up, unless you want to get cut off arbitrarily and lose your money.
