A HORRIBLE experience with Wysada.com, and a HORRIBLE customer service that gets you nowhere. In a summary; I placed an order in July, and till this day i haven’t receive my item, nor got my refund. They barely answer the calls and if they did agents are unprofessional with a bad attitude. I have placed an order on July 6 2017 (order # [protected]) with 3 items to be delivered. They delivered only two, and when I inquired about the third item (SOG-KT12G quantity ordered: 2) they said that it’s already in their stores and shall be sent out the next day, which didn’t happen. I called back again after several trials when finally someone answered and then guess what! I got a different answer that item has been shipped to Saudi Arabia by mistake!!! and they told me it will take time to be shipped again to UAE. I called again to follow up; again after tens of trials, someone picked up! And guess what again! They told me that item was broken and they cannot ship it. Okay!!! shouldn’t the customer be updated about this! I asked to refund the amount into my bank account back (as I paid online by card), and the lady confirmed that refund will be issued and this may take up to two weeks to got into your account. Now it has been 5 weeks since that call and money wasn’t refunded back, Calling 800 for more than 10 (TEN!!) days with no answer!! emailed their ‘support’ email with no answer!! They are cheaters. They ripped me off!
