I have been dealing with a company called Xrimzs back-and-forth over the phone for a while, I ordered some 22 inch wheels and tires for my vehicle every time I call these people to try to retrieve a tracking number I either get it we don’t have a tracking number yet that’s if they answer the phone but most the time I get a voicemail and you’re lucky if you get a call back from them, i’m not going to put peoples names out here but I am going to say I work in the business of shipping and receiving and I understand there are delays but I also communicate with my customers it’s the not knowing that kills people. Luckily I didn’t have to put any money down yet but my first payment is due March 5 am I expected to pay for something that I had no idea if it’s even coming or if it even exists, my patience has run out with this company I recommend nobody does business with these people if you have no patience i’m going to cancel my order pay the cancellation and restocking fee i’m going to take my business somewhere else this is horrible business by xrimz in my opinion this is not how you treat your customer! .
