Faulty bag arrive just after Xmas with handle not attached and rivets not in properly, advised customer service immediately. Then I notice another rivet was loose, so I asked for a full credit and several weeks later, they advise to send it back to China at my expense! Contacted payment service used, as item advertised on Facebook but notice their stuff on Amazon too! Buyer beware. Awaiting their reply!!! I do not think you can trust any of the Facebook adverts, as this is the third time I have order via there, only to receive some poorly made copy that will fall apart! Plus the company sent it through as a sample to avoid paying any import duties too!
