During therapy, you become the author of your life and the creator of your reality. You can edit, interpret, and retell you story. Sometimes just telling your story is what leads you down the path of healing and change. I am here to “be” with you and “hold space” for you as you process your thoughts, feel your feelings, and digest your experiences. I am a bilingual (English-Greek) therapist. Although I have 15 years of clinical experience with different populations in a variety of settings, I have discovered my niche to be children who experience emotional and behavioral problems at home/school and mothers (e.g. postpartum therapy). My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and solution-oriented.
