About two months ago I have purchased a prom dress from YoyoMelody and when I ordered I had no idea it would take so long to receive the dress! Their delivery service is extremely slow! Contacted YoyoMelody to find out why was it taking so long and they said that my dress was not in stock and they were waiting for it! I can’t understand why they took my money if they knew that the dress was not available! They said that they don’t do refunds and offered me to pick another dress. I did as they said and paid extra $10 for the new one and they said that it will be here in a few weeks. Recently contacted them again and they said that the second dress was also no longer in stock!!! Are you kidding me? Demanded my money back and they said no!!! I have told them over and over that I don’t want anything else and that I want a refund. And now they are ignoring me!!
