Zhang Xiaofeng, or Xiao Zhang, or one of the many other names she goes by… Just with different spellings… Is a terrible language teacher. She *teaches* mandarin at Spirit of Truth Fellowship Church at 902 DeKalb Street in Port Orchard most of the time. If you can really call it teaching. My nephew, whom attended her class, was so displeased he asked for a refund of his 10 dollars that she asked for him to attend the class. She got snippy with him, and told him he could not have a refund because he already listened to her, and what she said was more than he would apparently get from anyone for the price he paid… He did not learn anything, even listening intently. She just kept going over how to pronounce * ni hao ma * and * ni hao* over and over again. He said she wasted time specifically doing this, for atleast 10 – 15 minutes… He said presumably so she would not have to focus on more difficult material. He decided to give her another try, and take a 1 on 1 class, private tutoring. But it turned out to be a disaster! She would get snippy with him all the time, and she ignored his phone calls on at least 2 occasions. Which leads us to the biggest thing… This lady is mentally unstable! Her husband… Steven Reichert… Even worse! My nephew had called to demand a refund, and she basically went off on him! She told him * you are a little pest * and she said her husband would deal with him. Steven Reichert then proceeded to get on the phone and he told my nephew he will have big problems if he does not stop calling, and he said to my nephew *consider your classes over with, and do not ever come back to the group class* Reichert then called back, on a different number, and he threatened my nephew, saying for him to *meet him somewhere* and called him *a little punk* Hopefully this report will be all that it takes to get this lady out of business! Good riddance!
